Clinical Specialist III – Monterrey, NL About the role: Promotes company products through clinical education of current and potential customers, implants and patient clinic coverage within a defined region. Supports team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
Your responsibilities will include: Selling: Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. May demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs available. May demonstrate a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses. May be able to participate in C-level discussions and negotiations under the direction of the Territory Manager or Regional Business Manager.Business Acumen: Understands the business of the territory, assigned to detect and develop business opportunities. Applies HE&R resources to increase sales team success. May be involved with contracts negotiations and pricing at the direction of the Territory Manager or Regional Business Manager. Stays current with all internal training and complies with departmental administrative expectations. Protects company inventory, sensitive information and patient confidentiality. Reports patient/device issues immediately as per policy. Is resourceful in solving clinician and patient inquiries. Includes Territory Manager and Regional Business Manager in the decision-making process as appropriate.People: May demonstrate leadership skills within the area, physicians and other employees, through the organization and participation in regional or national trainings and meetings. Conducts oneself professionally in all interactions and maintains high standards of excellence. Integrates seamlessly with providers, clinicians, facilities and payers. Is sought out and recognized as a leader by colleagues, peers, clinicians and BS Sr. Leadership. Manages a range of internal and external networks. Expert working knowledge of BS products and applications. Responsible for monitoring and improving clinical efficiencies and outcomes for territory, region, and at a national level. Recognized resource by the field and corporate regarding input into upcoming products and software, clinical needs and patient needs. Able to offer unique insights into advanced techniques. Maintains composure in complex clinical situations. Knowledgeable on clinical papers and unique BSN production applications.Required qualifications: Based in Monterrey, MéxicoBachelor's degree or degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar.Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in medical device, Mapping system experience preferred, sales, clinical electrophysiology or equivalent education and experience.Must demonstrate a technical aptitude, and ability to discuss & explain complex technical product information.Availability to travel.Field job 90% of the time.Preferred qualifications: Work experience in Atrial Fibrillation/Cardiac Mapping/Structural Heart Procedure.Existing usage of 3D cardiac mapping system.MS or advanced degree in business or healthcare.Communication skills, sense of urgency, patient centricity attitude, teamwork and results oriented.Requisition ID: 595557
