As a Clinical Study Manager II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.What you will be doing:Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and project timelines.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation of advanced clinical studies.Develop and manage comprehensive study plans, budgets, and timelines, optimizing resource utilization and maintaining a focus on efficiency.Spearhead the resolution of intricate issues and challenges that may arise during clinical trials, employing strategic problem-solving skills and effective communication strategies.Implement and oversee robust monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and maintaining high-quality standards.You are:Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.Extensive experience in clinical study management, showcasing a good grasp of the drug development process and regulatory landscape.Proven ability in project management, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and effectively prioritizing duties.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.Detail-oriented with an unwavering dedication to data accuracy and maintaining the highest quality standards in advanced clinical trials, with a high level of English proficiency.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
