The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality, and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. In addition, other duties will include support with day to day needs of education events, University and research programs.In this role, you will…Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, prescriptions, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting primarily for doctors.Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries and complaints.Ensure timely clinical support to customer needs whether remote or face-to-face.Support clinical education activities which includes the following: live and online events, coordinating with clinical speakers, presenting clinical content, and congress.Must have a professional outgoing personality, positivity, and patience.Must be able to multitask and handle stressful situations while giving high quality service.Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.In this role, you'll need…1 year of experience in customer relations in dental related areas is desirable.Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.Work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular working hours.Willing to travel.Being a self-learner.Education:Bachelor degree in Dentistry.
