.Our mission in C&I is the engineering and delivery of critical hosting and transport capacity to support our Global IT services. Our mandate is to ensure the delivery of key technologies to support our colleagues' acceleration to target, to drug, to trial, and to market in order to advance the human condition.Within C&I, is the Cloud Advisory team who provide the business customer interface to our internal and external Cloud services and act as customer advocate.**The Cloud Advisory team is there to**:- Promote C&I services and solutions- Identify and forecast demand for existing and new services- Define the customer need and business cases for change activitiesPriorities and drive the development of new AZ Cloud services- Provide AZ Cloud cost optimization and management services in order that AZ get full value from its on premise and public cloud investments**ABOUT THE ROLE**Reporting to the Cloud Advisory Lead, the Cloud Advisor is a key role within the team and is focused on working with our Business IT teams to get best value from our Cloud services portfolio, identifying and delivering new services and providing solutions to meet customer needs.The Cloud Advisory Lead is accountable for:- Stakeholder Management and customer satisfaction- Communication of product roadmaps and new services- Requirements definition, demand capture and business case development- Demand forecast for hosting services- Delivery of new services to the customer- Ensure the customer's Cloud footprint is efficiently used and sized- Tracks the service usage, driving service lifecycle management- Accountable for engaging their Business Area(s) / Region and associated stakeholders in-order to understand and anticipate their current and future requirements. Has a key role in providing status of the delivery of new services and managing stakeholders to ensure robust demand management processes and the right investment decisions are made- Ensures all key stakeholder are aware of the portfolio of services and associated development roadmaps.- Demonstrates a high focus on the customer's requirements and has the energy and resilience to deliver in a fast moving and dynamic environment.- Accountable for building an overall forecast of demand and ensuring that this is delivered to exceed expectations.- Plays an active role in the prioritization and governance of new service development, representing their customer's needs whilst balancing this with the needs of the Enterprise.- Drives optimization of the infrastructure estate. Works with customers and C&I teams to make sure hosting platforms and services are current, right sized and cost effective.- Tracks service usage, understanding the service value proposition, managing the service life cycle for the customer- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
