Relates to a technically biased or coordinator biased role and may be developed within either discipline.About youYou are fit for the role of Cloud Data Base Engineer if you have :2 years Experience : Oracle / PostgreSQL (11 / 12 core DBA skills for supporting Oracle database 10g / 11g / 12c with RAC / Non-RAC on ASM / Non-ASM environment.Exposure in Oracle Database Configuration, Maintenance, Cloning, Patching Exposure in Oracle Database troubleshooting Versed in using Database Tools (Tkprof, Awr, Statspack, ADDM, Opatch, ASMCMD, SRVCTL, CRSCTL)Proven working experience as a Database administrator Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applicationsExcellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQLFamiliarity with database design, documentation and codingPrevious experience with DBA case tools (frontend / backend) and third party toolsFamiliarity with programming languages API Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certificationExperience with Unix / Linux including basic commands and basic shell scripting. Exposure of Backup and Recovery (Oracle RMAN, Import / Export and Datapump)Oracle Database Installation 11g / 12c on windows and Unix environment. Oracle Database Advanced Installation 12c (RAC and ASM)Exposure in Dataguard implementation and maintenance Basic knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning
