By integrating security practices into the DevOps process, you will help bridge the traditional gap between development, operations, and security teams, reducing vulnerabilities, mitigating risks, and enhancing the overall security posture of the organization's digital assets.ResponsibilitiesBuild, integrate and maintain Takeda's DevSecOps Platform Capabilities including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), code quality/vulnerability scanning and container security platforms.Contribute to increasing developer agility across Takeda by focusing on providing a frictionless self-service experience via integrated tooling and processes; Work with Cybersecurity/Compliance to refine existing processes.Define a Traceability/Observability (T/O) framework by integrating APM instrumentation into code; Define T/O "building blocks" that can be consumed by product teams; Manage T/O capability roadmap to integrate new technologies.Build and maintain Takeda's Internal Developer Portal to streamline the product team developer experience; Define self-service building blocks for code, packages/libraries, CI/CD, Observability, TechDocs; Build patterns that allow product teams to self-register and collect DORA metrics, manage dependencies, track feature development
