SAP's Global Cloud Infrastructure and Delivery (GCID) provides cloud-based solutions and services to customers worldwide. We manage SAP's cloud infrastructure, including capacity, architecture, hyperscaler cloud oversight, and security.
The Hyperscaler Engineering team plays a critical central role within SAP's global public cloud transition. The team of Cloud Engineers are at the heart of the processes that empower SAP to develop and deliver high quality products quickly. Working with our lines of business, you will help build and run our next-generation multicloud technologies on a global scale.
What you'll do: Learn about hyperscaler environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and ensure products run reliably and optimally in these environments. Develop, test, and maintain build systems, CI/CD frameworks, and deployment tools. Automate and streamline deployment processes. Collaboratively design new features and work closely with our engineering and operations team to build, integrate, test, and deploy your amazing innovations and algorithms into our production systems. What you bring: Knowledge in Cloud technologies and Cloud Services (AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP). Automation and scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell). Ability to work in a distributed organization of highly motivated and qualified individuals. A customer-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude, as well as desire to work in a fast-changing environment, acquiring and sharing knowledge and improving processes. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile environment.
