.**Job Purpose**:**Responsibilities**:- Administers, monitors and support IAM resources' management of global IAM processes which facilitate global TD personnel onboarding, user account setup, access modifications, licensing and most importantly, removal of access upon separation from TD SYNNEX. (60%)- Problem Resolution...Interfaces directly with business stakeholders, IT support personnel and end users to provide exemplary customer service and project support while balancing the need for governance, SOX Compliance and strong security. (25%)- Provides security based configuration, reconciliation and technical identity based support to end users and other IT support teams (10%)- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Monitors the administration of governance processes owned and operated by IAM resources and their scheduled secure delivery.
