We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Sales Program Manager. Key Responsibilities: ? Data oriented analytical thinker person that drives planning and execution of projects in partnership with XFN teams. ? Build and manage process SOPs and frameworks for program governance. ? Identifies and oversees program risks and issues and proposes mitigation strategies, while representing the Advisory vision to internal stakeholders, external partners ? Manages program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs. Implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results. ? Produces and maintains project plans and scope requirement documentation for all aspects of the program. ? Supports reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between cross functional teams. ? Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime. ? Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level. ? Owns coordination for managing the program and serves as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders. ? Offer expert insights and guidance to our ISV Partner Advisory team on cloud product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. ? Sales strategy development: Develop and implement sales motions to identify, acquire, and nurture ISV partnerships. ? Revenue Acceleration Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, and follow-up processes. Qualifications ? 5+ years of Strong Program Management experience from SaaS GTM, Data Analytics, Cloud Product domains ? Bachelor's degree / master's degree or equivalent practical experience ? Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is good to have. ? Understanding of the ISV ecosystem and technology landscape is good to have. ? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. ? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills
