Lead and manage the processes of incident, problem, and release management across digital platforms Azure B2C, Mobile Apps, Web.
- Support Operations and manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.
- Specialize in the technical delivery of these technologies, and provide management and coordination across the multiple digital platforms.
- Lead the work of approximately 10 individuals working in Monterrey, Mexico providing Managed Services support across the Azure B2C, Mobile Apps and Web platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the digital team personnel to resolve support Incidents L2 and Problems L3, and functionality enhancements ability to be involved get involved and providing hands on technical support is required.
- Ensure the adherence to pre defined SLAs and KPIS required as part of Accenture s Managed Services to the Client.
