You will assist customers during service-related events, including creating support tickets and answering advanced technical questions related to their environment and the company's services.
You will also be the primary contact who will provide coordinated escalation to complex technical support engineers to resolve tickets.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport customer inquiries on a daily basis.Implement and support complex scalable application infrastructure on cloud.Install, configure, deploy, standardize, automate, update, support, and troubleshoot services for customers.Base TechnologyDatabase: MySQL and RedisPosition RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience with any Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).At least 3 years of experience with Servers Administration (Linux Ubuntu/CentOS CLI).At least 3 years of experience working with configuration of Web Servers (Apache and Nginx).At least 3 years of experience with PHP (+7.4), JavaScript, and Scripting.At least 1 year of experience with Magento (ecommerce).At least 3 years of experience using databases (MySQL (+5.6), Redis (+7.0)).At least 1 year of experience using Cache systems (such as Varnish, Elastic cache, or Memcache).Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.Advanced English level (read/written).Perks of working with us:Salary: $44k MXP gross monthly salary.Great working environment.Wellness Programs.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesOutsourcing/Offshoring#J-18808-Ljbffr
