.The Cloud SysOps Engineer will be in charge of the execution of infrastructure updates, patching, including the compute and storage services and the integrity of the code that generate infrastructure (i.E. stacksets, modules). The ideal person can automate provisioning of infrastructure services (IaC) and will lead the configuration, monitoring and incident management of the AWS services involved in the log generation and integrity as well as sending it to external services. Create infrastructure templates as code and implement automated deployment and provisioning processes in addition to identifying and diagnosing technical issues and incidents and managing infrastructure upgrades.**Job Duties**:- Execute and configure updates and patching to AWS platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) throughout the enterprise while identifying, recording, investigating, and diagnosing problems.- Create and maintain infrastructure templates as code using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, while implementing automated deployment/provisioning processes for cloud resources using IaC, enabling efficient creation and management of environments.- Automate the configuration of servers and cloud resources to ensure they are aligned with best practices and security requirements in addition to coordinating, creating and deploying complex cloud resources, such as server clusters, virtual networks and cloud services.- Manage, maintain and upgrade infrastructure using IaC to implement changes and ensure consistency across the environment while creating security configurations and meet compliance standards using IaC, ensuring that the infrastructure is protected and compliant.- Perform automated testing of IaC templates to ensure resources are created and maintained.- Participate in code review to ensure that IaC templates are efficient, secure and follow best practices working with Development & Ops teams to align between infrastructure and apps.- Manage versioning of IaC definitions to track changes and facilitate rollback in case of problems.- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on IaC templates, deployment workflows and specific configurations while staying updated on latest tools and practices in IaC.- Identify, record, investigate, and diagnose problems, determine underlying causes and prevent incident recurrences and develop workarounds or solutions for incidents.- Submit change requests to eliminate known problems and escalate to team leadership, integrating with change enablement, incident management, and configuration management
