The Cluster Director will also be in charge of fostering relationships with and maintaining accountability to Boards and Advisory Councils within the Cluster.This role is responsible for ensuring the leverage of local resources and success for a major impact.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:Leadership and Culture:- Ensuring people issues are front and center, promoting a culture that embraces diversity, interfaith collaboration, gender balance and engagement with all staff.- Promote WV's Vision, Mission, Core Values and key Partnership Standards and Practices among the staff and partners and ensure these are the core foundation of the National Office strategy and work.- Lead the Cluster Team and ensure diverse representation on the leadership team.- Engage, influence, lead and grow the Country Program Directors and functional leaders of the Cluster and help them to consolidate their leadership and representativeness.- Lead to model living our faith with boldness and humility through a high standard of personal Christian leadership, ministry and integrity through lifestyle and work relationships.- Ensure leadership development and successor identification in the cluster of all strategic roles, areas and initiatives.- Ensure that National Offices (NOs) build an organizational culture based in WV's mission, vision and values, one that is integrated and shared across the Cluster.Twin Citizenship and Collaborative Integration:- Lead the consolidation of the Cluster in all strategic matters by ensuring an agile model of working via collaboration and integration.- Identify, communicate and monitor the benefits of the collaborative model of the Cluster
