Your job, as Cluster Facility Management Manager within our M&S team, will be responsible for driving Integrated Facility service delivery performance and Supplier Management, implementing best practices, standardizing ways of working across a cluster.
Main Responsibilities: Lead a group of site organization responsible for Facility Management – Soft and Hard services.Deliver Utilities according to quantity/quality/cost/safe & compliant manner.Manage Hard Services incl. Infrastructure, Electricity, building maintenance, HVAC ensuring Facilities provide a safe & compliant environment.Manage Soft Services (Cleaning, Catering…) ensuring personnel safety, audit readiness, cGMP compliance and adherence to established site schedules.As asset owner, ensure Long Term Asset Planning (asset Life Cycle) is deployed and action based on evaluation (modify repair, refurbish or replace) integrated as part of site Capex Portfolio.Lead and oversee implementation of global corporate program at site level – Sustainability, Energy & standardization.Integrate IFM supplier into site operational activityDevelop own Supplier relationship (operational delivery).Structure the service and the governance to integrate the IFM supplier activities.Drive site level working relationship with IFM supplier.Manage service delivery performance(Built and) Share the services contract with the site.Lead monthly performance reviews.Plan yearly budget.Drive continuous improvement, implement key initiatives to budget & schedule.Review changes to the Service Levels and KPIs.Provide feedback to regional IFMEscalate unresolved questions or items to the Regional Governance team.Share learnings & best practices across region.Manage internal stakeholders' (business, operation, quality, HSE, Finance).Manage the priority and the mutualization between the sites of the cluster.Contribute to the management of the external stakeholders.About you: Experience:Experience with Integrated FM services including Hard Services (HVAC, Black Utilities… and General Soft services) or with production, supply or technical services management.Knowledge of operating critical pharma environment.Experience of coaching, developing, and influencing people at different levels of the organization.Experience with Strategic Asset Management program.Transversal management.Crisis management experience.Soft and technical skills:Customer service and administration skills.Contract management skills.Leading through Change and Transformation.Capable of managing different stakeholders.Capable of ensuring employees and site organization comply to global standards, vision, contracts.Be thorough and pay attention to detail.Risk management.Knowledge of economics and accounting.Manage vendors / Interact with partner local leads.Manage escalation, solution oriented.Decision making and autonomy – capable to take decision, support leadership discussions.Ability to work transversally: cross-culturally and cross-functionally.High autonomy and strong transversal capabilities.Strategic vision / value creation understanding.Ability to lead and drive standardization.Good functional knowledge on business and financial processes.Education: Master of Science Engineering or equivalent degree.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.Pursue progress, discover extraordinary.
