Cmm Operator

**Bilingual Communication is a must. Our facilities are in both the US and MX and it essential that the individual can collaborate with team members in English.**Duties & Responsibilities:- Produce and analyze reports to HFI standards with mínimal error (SPC, MSA, etc).- Perform with little or no supervision operation of CMM equipment.- Execute MSA processes.- Collect data using metrology equipment following procedures with mínimal error (CMM, fixtures, calipers, etc).- Assemble self-build check fixtures to meet part alignment needs and MSA requirements.- Execute calibration activities/processes.- Execute reaction plans for nonconforming results.- Meet personal target of > 90% of assigned tasks inbusiness management systems completed on time.- Identify improvement opportunities to meet improvement target of one CI per quarter.- Process leadership as defined in HFI process map and roles & responsibility matrix.- Additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:- Experience using blueprints, specifications and inspection instructions- Very high attention to detail required
