General support on project activities coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Assures execution of prove out based on customer requirements and project timeline.
- Conducts meetings as required to keep the activities on track and the team informed of prove out status.
- Support any change management iniciative assigned.
- Ensure quality standards & customer requirements are followed during the PPAP run.
- Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 e IATF16949) and quality policy and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.
**Background & Skills**:
- TSU Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- 1+ year on manufacturing industry.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone)
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques
- Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure are necessary traits
