Transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all by managing new product sample demand, working with various technologies, and driving process improvements.As a New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Lead, you'll be responsible for managing new product sample demand, working with a variety of technologies, and driving process improvements. This includes managing multiple IDs at different stages of introduction, adapting to changing priorities, and working cross-functionally to align with customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Work with Product Marketing teams to confirm product configuration requirements and priorities, optimizing cost and portfolio over the expected product lifecycle.Align with Product Operation Management on manufacturing strategy.Communicate expected availability dates to internal teams for Go to Market communications, Customer Roadmap alignment, and Bill of Material positioning.Coordinate build & shipment priorities in alignment with Marketing priorities.Align with cross-functional teams on fulfilling customer sample demand, understanding product issues, manufacturing line issues, and scheduling priorities.Maintain and publish Decoders for Marketing Part Number and Package Code.Support timely execution of new product launches and enabling samples into the market – buffer stock management, sample order fulfillment, tracking, and execution.Support enabler validation samples as needed.Work cross-functionally to identify and drive business process creation or improvements as necessary to support high-volume manufacturing.Business Planning & Performance to Plan:Monitor and manage through key supply bottlenecks.Monitor Performance to Plan and highlight and resolve any concerns.Qualifications:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines and sites while managing multiple high-priority projects.Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and translate into meaningful information.Intermediate to Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.Experience leading/working with cross-functional teams.Experience with manufacturing or design of memory product.Experience with Power BI, Sequel, and/or some type of programming is strongly preferred.Ability to travel.Education:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Marketing preferred.Micron is an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions.
