**NIDEC AUTOMOTIVE MOTOR MEXICANA****Solicita**:**CNC Engineer****Descripción y Requisitos****CNC Engineer****Job Summary**:Responsible to manage the Tool Life, process parameter definition, new work instruction creation and improvement, process definition for secondary operations, Cycle time studies, creation of new machining programs, adjustments to process, tool life improvements and tool expense savings.**Primarily Job Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for the achievement of goals of the Key Process Indicators (KPI).- 2. Q- Quality (Internal PPM, customer PPM and Scrap).- Design and Supervise processes that might run out of tolerance and improve existing ones to aim Zero defects.- Supervise the enforcement of quality reaction plan,- Responsible to properly track daily/weekly/monthly all metrics Scrap, CT, Productivity- Actively participate on QRQC Level1 and lead the technical portion of QRQC Level 2- Responsible of regularly review PFMEA, and creating continuous improvement actions of over 90 RPN.- 3. Assure the availability of dies and machines in good running condition, assuring 4M ( Materials, Method, Machine and Man) to be able to produce good quality parts- 4. Achieve the volumes requires by improving process and methodology.- 5. Responsible to properly track daily/weekly/monthly all metrics associated with this specific responsibility.**Competences**:1. English, TOIC Test results: Speaking level 6 (130-150) and Writing level 7 (140-160).- 2. Professional Competences: IATF16949, VDA 6.3, 3Q6S Knowledge, Auto Quality Matrix, productivity, QRQC, product functionality, line process, PFMEA, cycle time, product quality, PDCA methodology, poka-yoke, one piece flow, equipment maintenance, lean manufacturing techniques, training methodologies, labor law, Tress, MS office, others.- 3. General Competences: Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, team work.**Education**:Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronic, Materials, Mechatronics, Robotic engineering or High school and specialized training in the area.**Work Experience**:1. At least 5 years on CNC Machining.- 2. At least 3 years on Automotive Industry.- 3. Experience in manufacturing aluminum parts in mass production processes.-**Certifications / Training**:1. CNC certification (as a plus).- 2. Leadership certification (as a plus).- 3. Root Cause Analysis and Lean Tools Desired- 4. 2D CAD savvy and able to read both Casting and Machining Drawings- 5. Ability to network and leverage the machining supply base / community for lessons learned and read across of best practices.- 6. Ability to quote new projects based on Std costs- 7. Proficient in print reading and interpretation / communication of part measurements. Understanding of print GD&T. and Quality tools- 9.
