Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more)Employee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:You will work to ensure the continuity of operations of CNC equipment, conventional machines, chemical treatment lines, and facilities, as well as the installation of services in new projects, transfers, and changes.You will guarantee that maintenance activities on the machining center equipment (preventive, corrective, predictive, planned, autonomous) on the equipment, buildings, and related services are executed on time and properly.You will manage the deployment and standardization of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.You will facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to buildings and equipment found in them.You will ensure that the installations, modifications, and changes necessary for the development of new projects are conducted in the assigned buildings.You will contribute to the reduction of waste in production processes.You will manage services to execute assigned maintenance and installations with external suppliers.You will solve equipment and service operation problems based on experience, guidelines, policies, and established processes.How to thrive in this role?You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience within CNC maintenance.Extensive knowledge in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment (Mechanical inspection tests, ball bar).You have an intermediate level of English.You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and manufacturing processes.You have taken part in continuous improvement systems and be expert indicators such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF.Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!
