This role will work closely with the Control Transformation Manager & Chief Transformation Officer to actively contribute to the development and execution of the overall strategy and transformation for Mexico Controllership. As Transformation Coordinator your primary responsibility is to support and manage transformation and compliance business projects and identify opportunities in controls where improvement and automation can add business value. This role will be leading various automation initiatives, provide analytics and workgroup solutions that enhance productivity and eliminate or streamline labor intense work as well as focus on continuous improvement.**What will you be doing?**- Support CTO Manager to drive Controllership Transformation agenda & projects to ensure vision and strategy compliance for the next 3 years- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities and shape transformation projects- Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for new automations in Controllership- Support Controllership teams in identifying process optimization opportunities by leveraging automation and improvement tools (e.G. Celonis, PowerBi, Alteryx, RPAs)- Prepare high quality and high impact presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders, and develop business cases and implementation plans to ensure successful result delivery- Communicating project updates in a timely and engaging way to key stakeholders- Research and provide innovative benchmarking analysis (inside and outside PepsiCo) on new and existing technologies, best practices, etc
