Coating Field Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate work to be performed by coating Subcontractors.
- Coordination with Construction team to plan activities (short and long term) and determine priorities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Populate and manage signature of Quality and Turnover Documentation and maintain accurate records of coating activities and inspections.
- Ensure subcontractor has proper supplies, tools and equipment to meet schedule.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any coating-related issues.
- Manage budget for all coating scope.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to coating and painting.
- Knowledge of CFE coating specifications and NOMs desired.
- Familiarity with coating inspection tools and techniques, NACE certification desired.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
