Coatings Formulator

As a Coatings Formulator, you will manage the development and adaptation of new technologies, support production and quality to of the products in the customer's lines.You will report to the head of laboratory.**Key Responsibilities**- Follow up on scale-ups and production batches.- Work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies.- You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies.- You will Identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.- Production support.- Provide results of the projects in which they collaborate, ensuring that the goals are met within the established deadlines.- Learn and demonstrate the use of coatings terminology, standard operating procedures and equipment related to individual jobs/projects.
