Overview:
This role supports SAP Security activities including:
monitoring sensitive SOX controls, SOD risk elimination by users role cleansing, ADO/Service Now ticket management, supporting PGT upgrades/refreshr PGT Global and individual PGT projects.-Responsibilities--:
Deliver Growth Support users requirements in MyIDM (user creation, position changes).Create efficiency Solve incidents, service requests and ADO tickets within SLA. Reinforce right procedures to rise Security requests with Service Desk team. Assurance in information provided by users in order to minimize requests resolution time.Driture Success Ensure SOX Controls compliance by executing correctly Security sectorial procedures. Keep a right documentation of allchanges (users, profiles, modificationr audit purposes.Leadership Team Accountabilities Point persr operative matter Global PGT and individual PGT projects Coordinaton of weekly operative meeting.Qualifications:
