This includes gathering and preparing briefing materials, conducting research, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing communication channels. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities?Partner Management:? Coordinate with partner managers/leads to gather briefing materials for executive meetings.? Maintain a detailed tracker of briefing schedules and progress.? Provide guidance on briefing content to ensure effectiveness.?Research and Analysis:? Conduct in-depth research on companies, including financial performance and market trends, to support meeting preparation.?Communication Management:? Manage communication with partner managers/leads, obtaining necessary approvals and sharing materials with relevant stakeholders.?Content Development:? Develop and manage slide content, assign tasks, and follow up on completion.? Create and maintain Nooglers slides.?Event Coordination:? Manage Dory chat during livestream calls, assign questions, follow up with leads for answers, and post responses.
