.Job Description: Understanding of design, develop implement and deployment of a / entire work package with story ownership across layers, usage of common micro services through domain driven design. Ability to design & development in cloud native environment in estimation, design principles. update knowledge assets and guide team to do the same; Understand how to perform app portfolio analysis in an agile way. Ability to lead, mentor and guide a team of Software Engineers to deliver high quality project deliverables and user experience WITHIN THE LIMITS OF delivery timelines, security, quality and performance guidelines.Understanding of the Agile principles and expertise in one or more variants of agile like ScrumStrong hold on SLA targets and applications and services in scope including security requirements and compliance needs. Monitor ticket queue and ensure backlog is within the agreed limit. Monitor problem management and drive team to contribute towards demand reduction. Identify automation opportunities based on ticket analysis and work with team to implement automation scripts/BOTs and contribute to effort reduction. Review and present daily/weekly/monthly status reports and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct periodic data analysis, perform RCA for any targets missed and customer escalations; Report the findings to the Service Manager; Implement all Corrective and Preventive actions. Areas of Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for liaising between project teams across locations and the CustomerService Management
- Participate and provide inputs for release planning
- Support Service Management / process related activities performed by the SMO with relevant delivery data
- Responsible for end to end services for the application cluster / portfolio being managed
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect callsService Tracking
- Ensure adherence to SOW requirements including client security and compliance needs
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution
- Ensure adherence to defined processes (like creating problem records, performing timely RCA's, creating knowledge articles, maintaining application documentation etc
