Must-HaveSkills
Provide subject matter expertise for the Workday technical areas
Manage system integrations and perform optimizations as necessary
Integration development, solution design & testing - Existing and New Integration
Support SQA & User Acceptance Testing - Existing and New Integration
Production Release Support - Existing and New Integration
Post-Production Support - Existing and New Integration
Ticket Management and regular production support activities
Integration monitoring, Root cause analysis & coordination with relevant team/stakeholders
Categorize/prioritize integration issues based on their impact on critical business processes and address high-priority issues promptly to minimize disruptions
Review the status of integrations after the planned monthly maintenance from Workday
Conduct regular reviews of the integration process to identify areas for improvement
