Cold Caller

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team.
As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing information about our products or services.
**Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers- Provide information about products or services- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries- Update customer records in the database- Meet daily call quotas**Requirements**:- Proficiency in using call center software- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software- Excellent communication skills in English- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferredIf you are enthusiastic about sales, have strong communication skills, and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you.
