**Responsibilities & Expectations**- Show up on time.- Call and evaluate potential sellers- Highly motivated.- Take detailed notes about the property and the seller situation.- Submit the lead with accurate and detailed info using our webform.- Bring in 4 to 6 leads daily on average.- Be able to work 11am to 7pm EST (Monday to Friday, Saturdays optional)*Skills*- Self-motivated and persistent.- Attention to detail and problem solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus- Fluent in Spanish is a bonus**Requirements**:- Have a laptop or Computer to be able to use- Have a reliable internet access- Be reliable and self motivated- Have a noise cancelling headset**Bonuses**- We offer flat fee bonuses on top of hourly pay per acquisitions we make thru you.0UKu3VJ6FU
