**Position Overview**We are seeking a proactive and results-driven **Cold Calling Sales Representative** to join our team.
In this role, you will engage with potential clients to promote our home care services, focusing on personalized care solutions that enable individuals to maintain their independence and quality of life at home.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and convert them into clients through effective communication and a deep understanding of our services.
**Key Responsibilities**- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our home care services.- Identify and qualify leads by understanding potential clients' needs and determining how our services can meet those needs.- Clearly articulate the benefits of our personalized home care solutions, including assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, transportation, and specialized care for conditions such as Alzheimer's and dementia.- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Collaborate with the marketing and care coordination teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.- Stay informed about industry trends, our service offerings, and the competitive landscape.
**Qualifications and Skills**- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling or telemarketing roles; experience in healthcare or home care services is a plus.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- **Fluency in English is mandatory.
**:- Understanding of home care services and the needs of individuals requiring assistance is advantageous.- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
**Compensation and Benefits**- **Base Salary**: Starting gross pay of **16,500 Mexican Pesos** per month.- **Performance-Based Incentives**: Attractive bonus and commission structure.- **Comprehensive Legal Benefits**: Including IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation days, and INFONAVIT affiliation.- **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST (Mexico time)**.
