Cold Calling / Telemarketing Representative

Loyal Lead Solutions construction company is seeking to expand our office team! We are looking for someone who is well spoken and professional. We'd like to have someone with previous telemarketing experience or someone with previous experience in the home improvement field.

Someone bilingual is a huge plus! Good phone skills and customer service is a must! Full time is preferred, ideally Monday-Friday but we are flexible.

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English **Cold Calling / Telemarketing Sales Representative.**

**Job qualifications**:

- **Cold Calling Sale experience - Must**:

- **Telemarketing Sales Representative experience - Must**:

- **Previous experience in the home improvement field - Advantage**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Reading comprehension
- Typing proficiency
- Punctual and dependable
- Availability to work between 8AM to 6PM Pacific Time, 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours shift, shift may be vary.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

You will be our customer over the phone with:

- Scheduling appointments
- Relaying work orders and messages
- Addressing questions and problems with customers
- Calling for follow-ups and rescheduling

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
