Segoso Mexico , a Monterrey Call Center, is currently searching for a Collections Coach.
Successful candidates will be customer-focused team players who are dependable, detailed multi-taskers, and have strong communication skills, drive team performance in metrics, coaching and training experience.
We are seeking motivated individuals that will learn quickly.
Qualified candidates must have heavy phone experience, great customer treatment background, and experience with curing accounts.
