Your responsibilities will include managing resident payment accounts, engaging proactively with residents to provide support, and ensuring that accounts are maintained in a Payment Current status. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing utility accounts for our properties, coordinating service activations and terminations, and ensuring compliance with local utility regulations. This position calls for strong organizational and communication skills to streamline utility operations and assist property owners and tenants with utility-related matters.
