Your responsibilities will include managing resident payment accounts, engaging proactively with residents to provide support, and ensuring that accounts are maintained in a Payment Current status.Additionally, you will be responsible for managing utility accounts for our properties, coordinating service activations and terminations, and ensuring compliance with local utility regulations.
