YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST As a Collections Specialist, you will be in charge of making sure all our residents pay their rent on time. You get to talk to them to help them with their payments and answer any questions they have. Sometimes, you might need to send reminders if someone forgets to pay. You will also handle utility accounts for our properties, coordinating service activations and terminations, and ensuring compliance with local utility regulations.
