Collections Agent

Digital Forensics Corp. is seeking Collections Agent with exceptional communication skills and technical aptitude to join our growing organization.
JOB SUMMARY:

- Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction/expedited issue resolution
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy (Helpful, but not required)

**Requirements**:

- Must speak and write English fluently

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 77500, Cancún, QRoo.
: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
