**Requirements**:- 2 - 3 years of accounting and invoice collection experience.- Bachelor's degree in accounting.- Advanced conversational English.- Intermediate Excel including Vlookups and pivot tables.- Oracle experience desirable.
**We will count on you for the following responsibilities**:- Attention and Collection of invoices in LATAM region, UK, Canada and USA.- Portfolio management and effective collection.- Updating and monitoring the status of invoices in collection.- Accounts receivable analysis.- Follow-up to established schedules and activities.- Sending payment information in due time and form to the Treasury area.- Follow-up in the invoicing and/or cancellation process.- Preparation and presentation of executive reports.- Skills that will make you stand out:- Attention to detail.- Orientation to goals and results.- Planning and organisation.- Reporting skills.- Teamwork.- Time management.
