Collections Analyst

Supports an accounting or transactional process for collections operations. This includes preparation, review, and reconciliation of various transactions. Responsible for determinate portfolio assigned, collection, resolution of disputes and claims.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Continually evaluates existing processes, and recommends suggestions for improvement that will facilitate business objectives. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (60%)
- Analyzes financial data and prepares technical reports and forecasts including: general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules, current and past financial performance, cash receipts, and disbursements, and capital expenditures and depreciation, among others. (30%)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years In Accounting, A/R, A/P, or Payroll

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

- 10%
