.**Subdirección Capacitación y Talento WPB**Under the guidance of the Geographic COO (Business Management) the role holder will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful, creative and insight-led training and talent development business related strategies to drive employee awareness, understanding, engagement and alignment with the priorities of WPB Mx. In this capacity, they will also provide training, talent and development support and counsel to business leaders across WPB.The Subdirección Capacitación y Talento WPB will be in close contact with HR, agencies and providers to drive and deliver solutions such as business related training strategies, people engagement and recognition to support WPB business objectives.The role holder should have a strong track-record in training, talent management programs, competency training implementation, leadership development and change management, with exceptional storytelling and training development, as well as the desire to constantly build new capabilities and enhance their knowledge. They will need to develop and act upon measurement and employee insight as well as quickly build trusted stakeholder relationships. Background in banking and financial services and work experience in internal communications, commercial networks and/or contact centre are required.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**Develop training business related strategies and supervise execution of training activities that support WPB Mx priorities in relation to business objectives and strengthen talent development and engagement.Control, prioritize and expenditure of the WPB budget in Training CMU.Develop and tailor competency and business knowledge training implantation.Lead on the planning and delivery of WPB employee satisfaction survey (Snapshot) action plans creation.Rigorous use of best practice measurement and insight to inform activities and ensure focus on business outcomes.Contribute to the development of innovative new training methodologies and channels. Constantly seek out new technology and trends to modernise how we train and increase employee engagement.Provide WPB Mx ExCo with briefings and materials that inform and mobilize employees.Develop change management program in WPB Mx in collaboration with the Head of WPB Mx and HR Mx.**Requirements**:**Functional Knowledge**Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work confidently and effectively with senior executives.Ability to understand business issues and devise business related training solutions that deliver results, constructing fresh approaches where appropriate and making connections to other issues.Able to work within a complex environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands, and swiftly resolve issues.Excellent verbal and written communications skills
