**JOB DETAILS****Job Title**Collection Executive (Remote)**Reports To (Job Title)**Finance Manager (Client)**JOB PURPOSE**Contacting people who owe money towards community service charge and in unit Chilled water (if applicable). Work closely with customers to communicate their receivable amount they owe towards community service charge and in unit chilled water uses. Set a payment deadline and assist them with a payment plan, investigate certain payment discrepancies and working to properly resolve them. Build trust and relationships with customers to help prevent future payment issues.**JOB DIMENSIONS****Financial****Staff****Others****Direct Reports****Indirect Reports****PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Responsible for interacting directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances.- Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection.- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments.- Achieve assigned target collection on monthly basis.- Identify incorrect master data and ensure database is updated with correct customer details.- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.- Handle questions or complaints.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.- Closing a specific number of collection accounts in a specific amount of time to meet the assigned target.- Adhering strictly to customer policies and procedures.**CONTEXT****Operating Environment**Desk oriented as remote support**Framework and Boundaries**Should use authority and make decisions within the scope of set standard financial procedures**RELATIONSHIP****Internal**All staff**External**Clients, Home Owners**QUALIFICATIONS****Qualifications & Skills**Bachelor's Degree in Commerce /Finance or similar.**Experience**2-3 years in Debt Collection Department.
