We seek to give access to growth capital to thousands of SMBs of the new digital economy by developing the best financial products that accelerate the entrepreneurs' competitive capabilities.**COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE JR.****Responsibilities**:- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service.- Clarify potential consequences of not paying (i.E., handover to debt collection agencies, etc.).- Explain payment plan terms as appropriate (to customer success team and to the customer).- Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that concerns are actioned correctly.- Advise customers of necessary actions and payment strategies; arrange payment plans for accounts with past due balances.- Responsible for assigned accounts (follow-up).**Ratings (Our Wish List)**:Recently graduated from the bachelor's degree or Engineering with minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in financial companies, operational processes.
