Overview:If you are about new challenges in a fast-paced and international organization, and if you consider yourself empowered and passionate about innovation in the financial services & fintech industry, we would be more than thrilled to work with you.The Collections Team Lead will work closely with the CEO to build and grow a Collections team from scratch, create an NPL management strategy, develop and drive a consistently successful team, and be accountable for the department's results.Role responsibilities:Building a team from scratch involving international experience of the Company.Development of methodology, motivation system, and KPIs for the Collection team.Creating an NPL management strategy using technical collection tools.Communication with the IT team and external contractors regarding the technical solutions integration.Being accountable for the Collection department results.Providing continued training & development for the Team.Role Qualifications:5+ years of collections management experience at fintech companies, collection agencies, microfinance institutions, bank-risk departments, or BPO agencies.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or other related majors.Comprehensive understanding of the financial and debt collection industry in Mexico and knowledge of the governing laws applicable to the industry.Development and implementation of soft-collection stages, procedures, policies, and metrics.Proven experience to empower, develop, mentor, and lead teams.Ability to handle pressure while solving problems and conflicts, with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.Consistency in decision making and accountability; highly developed ability to prioritize, analyze, and make decisions.High motivation and desire to demonstrate potential.Being an inspirational leader for the team with a hands-on approach.Expertise with CRM and Collections Systems.Advanced Excel user.Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must since the position reports to foreign managers.Benefits:High pay conditions: fixed salary 30-50K monthly + up to 30% bonuses monthly upon performance targets met.By-law benefits (Social Security "IMSS", vacations starting at 12 days per year, 25% vacation bonus "Prima Vacacional", 15 days holiday bonus "Aguinaldo").Private medical insurance.Work schedule from Monday to Friday, remote work monitoring a team in Spain from 7:00 am.International experience.Opportunity to reveal your potential and build a successful career in an international company.Development of technical and managerial skills that will become an important element in your career.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-18808-Ljbffr
