About the role:
What you need:
- Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Banking, Economy, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Availability to work 4-5 hours per day
- Proficient English Skills, both verbal & written
- Working knowledge and experience in computer programs such as Microsoft Office. (High Excel knowledge).
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to embrace change and to adapt to organizational challenges.
- Data management and reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate activities related to Collections.
- Follows policies and procedures.
- Contribute and drive to process improvement.
- Communicates with other departments and direction to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Support area in resolving problems and completing work.
- Proactively keep the Collections Supervisor informed of business issues and opportunities.
