Collections Specialist

Pay is $1,000-$1,100 USD per month based on experience.Must speak fluently in both English and Spanish.**Role Responsibilities**- Field inbound calls from both students and schools.- Make 125-200 outbound calls per day to delinquent students.- Provide exemplary customer service in every interaction.- Work w/ students to get back on track and meet monthly collection goals.- Manage escalated accounts and thoroughly review next steps.- Follow all SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.**Role Requirements**- Extremely comfortable spending the day on the phone and interacting w/ people.- Hard working and personally responsible.- Must have own computer w/ speaker and camera capabilities.- Must have reliable internet.- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of student loans and Income Share Agreements.- Comfortable working fully remote.- Experienced in working remote and utilizing avenues like Slack or Teams to stay connected throughout the day.- Motivated and driven to reach goals.- Strong negotiation skills.- Organized.Pay: $19,679.70 - $21,647.67 per monthExperiência:- Collections: 2 años (Obligatorio)Work Location: Remote
