In this dynamic position, you will manage a collection portfolio in which you will communicate with their finance departments to obtain payment commitments, negotiate with purchasing on payment approval, identify and drive resolution of disputes, control customers credit lines and make decisions on orders flow, brief business management on collection status and escalate payment issues to meet your assigned goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support with collection activities.
- Work with internal / external customers
- Respond to customer requests
- Account reconciliations.
- Handle a customer portfolio.
- Order Releases.
- Evaluate risk on customer credit
- Calling customers by phone
- Supporting on Cash Applications
- Update customer information in SAP and related tools and support
- Demonstrate abilities to deliver solutions to problems
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Lead projects that help to reduce PD and achieve goals
- Ability to work with less supervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
- Customer account reconciliation
- Lead meetings with teams such as CX, Sales and customers
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 - 2 years experience with customer service and collections
- Advanced English
- SAP Knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills
