Collections Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accountsPrepare monthly cash forecastDrive timely statutory filingsCoordinate audit requestsEnsure timely book closureDrive AccuracyCoordinate Statutory reportingEnsure ComplianceYOUMUST HAVE:Bachelor´s degree Administrative/finance experience related.3-5 years' experience in accounts receivable, credit, collections, cash services or accounting required.Strong PC skills including proficiency in excel, including pivot tables, V-lookups and formulas. Experience with other Microsoft Office products, such as Teams, PowerPoint and Word.Ability to communicate effectively with leadership.Fluent in EnglishKnowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), basic accounting terminology, credit and collection policies and procedures, and credit risk.WE VALUEBasic Accounting knowledge.Bachelors degree in Accounting of Finance.Good communication skills.Detail Orientation.Good Problem solving skillsGood analytical skills.Ability to work with less supervision.Ability to work well under pressure.Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.Additional InformationJOB ID: HRD227735Category: FinanceLocation: Av.
