Responsible to assist the Manager in the management of the Accounts Receivable Department consisting of SME and Agents.
Leads, dialer, and other systems management with the help of the manager, other departments and direct reports.
Deciding on skills development, coaching, and team structure.
Recommend internal methods, formats, procedures, incentives and team structure.
