Come, be a part of our exciting journey!**- **Responsibilities**:_- Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up during collections process.- Manage a Collections Portfolio and maintaining strong customer relations.- Identify & Resolve customer's queries and disputes related to Invoices.- Review & Follow-up on the highly past due invoices/accounts with AR Manager- Liaise with other departments (Credit, Sales, Billing, Customer service, etc.) in order to resolve blockers collections road.- Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or assigned by direct Manager.- Action oriented, Proactive and resourceful in solving problems.- Self-motivated and able to work to stretching deadlines, meet deadlines and work under pressure.- Register all cases, inquiries and calls in tracking tool.- **Qualifications**:_- Previous experience in Customer Service.
