Collector - Alldata

SUMMARY: To contact customers via phone in order to collect past due balances on their ALLDATA credit accounts. Give credit orientation to customers.
Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests and direct customer calls. Analyze on-hand information prior to contacting customers to be able to answer customer questions related to their ALLDATA account balances.
RESPONSIBILITIESMaking phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customers.Phone assistance to ALLDATA billing customers.Resolution to invoice and statements requests.REQUIREMENTSLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: No Special Requirement.Years of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: Customer service experience.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team worker.Other/Preferred: Computer literate, collections experience.
