This includes contacting providers to verify receipt of claims and obtain claim status.Respond to correspondence requesting additional information from suppliers, prepare documents and other administrative tasks.Investigate claim disputes as needed, identifying issues early to escalate with the appropriate people and providing timely solutions.Generate reports required for the proper performance of daily tasks.Carry out the training established by the company, using the platforms defined for this purpose in order to stay updated.Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.QualificationsEducation: High school and technical school training or equivalent; college degree preferred.No minimum years of experience required, but must have relevant skills (e.G., MS EXCEL, WORD, Advanced English Speaking/Writing).Must speak English, required.NOTE: All interviews will be conducted in English.Base compensation ranges from $18,500 to $19,500 pesos per month.
