**Description****Your Job**Molex division is seeking a** Fiber Optics Trainee** for the El Salto, Jalisco Location.Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.**Our Team**You will provide support to the Manufacturing Area, specifically in Fiber Optic projects.**What You Will Do**- Time studies collaboration- Proactively review and continuously improve product structuring- Update ISO documents and training materials to reflect process changes.- Leverage external/internal best practices to identify continuous process improvement opportunities.- Creation of Work standards- Collect of data related to the process- Definition of standards- Approval Protocol Documentation- Process Validations- KPIS Report**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Student of the last semesters or recently graduated from the careers of Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics- Understanding of manufacturing & industrial engineering fundamentals- Results-driven individual with a strong attention to detail and creative problem solvingskills- Strong analytical skills- Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.- Strong communication and influencing skills.**What Will Put You Ahead**- English intermediate / Advanced**Who We Are**At Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
